This gives you access to documents registered in DigiOffice DMS anytime and anywhere.
The task and document lists are also optimized for the use of large lists.
The search is performed on the server.
Infinite scrolling has also been applied, which ensures that search results are automatically updated when the end of the loaded list approaches.The app is an extension of your DigiOffice DMS environment.
Do not install this app if your company does not have DigiOffice DMS.Use DigiOffice DMS App in practiceThe app has the following document views by default:• All documents• My Documents• Favorite documents• My open tasks• My informational tasks• My deferred tasks• My completed tasks• My perceived tasksYou can immediately see if a preview is available and if any comments have been posted in the list of document tasks.
After tapping a document task, the preview is shown with functions for viewing and adding comments, completing the task and viewing detailed data of the document and the task.After completing a task, the next task is immediately displayed.
This repeats until all tasks are completed.
